Jam Packed Masterclass

FOOD FAIR MASTERCLASS -Learn the principles of jam-making with expert preserves and fermentation tutor Rachel de Thample.

Join Rachel for an hour long jam session in the River Cottage Cookery School. Understand the seductive principles of jam-making and learn how to make a seasonal Rhubarb & Elderflower Jam and an unusual Honey-fermented Carrot Cake Jam, both of which you will take home with you.

Please note that you will need to have purchased an entrance ticket to the Food Fair to take part in the masterclasses.

We regret there are no member discounts for this class.

This masterclass will take place on Saturday 25 May in the Cookery School from 10.30am – 11.30am.

This dining event is run from River Cottage HQ on the Dorset/Devon borders. Full address details of HQ will be provided once you have booked.

This class is suitable for all levels (over 12s only please). Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult. We put these guidelines in place for the safety, comfort and enjoyment of all our guests.

We kindly request you do not specify dislikes or preferences as we would love you to try the dishes our chefs have specifically created for the event so you can experience the menu as it was intended.
