Kids: Summer Dessert Masterclass
FESTIVAL MASTERCLASS: Make cats tongue biscuits, crystalised petals and a seasonal fruit fool for a dessert that is the essence of summer.
Make some simple, delicate wafer biscuits using delicious buckwheat flour, crystalise some gorgeous summer flowers for cake decorations and desserts and make a tangy, creamy fruit fool from a summer fruit of your choice – will it be raspberries, strawberries or plums?
Please note that you are required to have an entrance ticket for the festival.
Minimum age is 7 years and all under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.
Each ticket admits ONE parent and ONE child onto the masterclass.
We regret there are no member discounts for this class.
This class is suitable for gluten free diets please be aware that flour will be in close proximity to the class.
This masterclass will take place in our cookery school from 4.30pm – 5.30pm.
