Pasta and Focaccia Masterclass
SPRING FOOD FAIR MASTERCLASS: Get your kids cooking with this adult and child masterclass and try your hand at these Italian classics.
Start by learning how to make fresh pasta dough from scratch. Whilst this is resting you will move onto a high hydration bread dough where you will shape and flavour your own mini focaccia. It will then be back to your pasta, rolling it out and cutting it into pappardelle ribbons before hanging it out to dry. Once dry, you will cook your pasta and finish with a delicious, seasonal River Cottage pesto.
A great way to get your kids cooking and enjoy your lunch together!
Please note that you are required to have an entrance ticket for the fair. Minimum age is 7 years. All children must be accompanied by an adult. One ticket entitles ONE parent and ONE child onto the masterclass.

This masterclass will take place in our cookery school from 10.30-11.30am.
