Pasta Making Masterclass
FOOD FAIR MASTERCLASS: Get your children cooking with this masterclass where they will try their hand at this great Italian classic.
Start by learning how to make fresh pasta dough from scratch. Whilst this is resting you will move onto making a seasonal pesto. It will then be back to your pasta, rolling it out and cutting it into pappardelle ribbons before hanging it out to dry. Once dry, you will cook your pasta and finish off by running your pesto through.
A great way to get your kids cooking and enjoy your lunch together!
This masterclass will take place in our cookery school from 3.00-4.00pm.
Each ticket purchased allows one child to attend but all children must be accompanied by an adult. Minimum age is 7 years. Please note, to attend this masterclass the adult is required to have an entrance ticket for the fair.
