Pop-up Pickle Masterclass
FESTIVAL MASTERCLASS - Pick-up pickle-making skills in this hands-on session with our expert preserves and fermentation tutor Rachel de Thample.
Spend an hour making a smoked beetroot pickle with a sweet vinegar brine base and Rachel's hugely popular Lacto-fermented Carrot & lemon verbena pickle using herbs grown in the River Cottage garden.You will of course leave the class armed with your goodies.
Please note that you will need to have purchased an entrance ticket to the Festival to take part in the masterclasses.
We regret there are no member discounts for this class.
This masterclass will take place on Sunday 25 August in the Cookery School from midday – 1.00pm.

This dining event is run from River Cottage HQ on the Dorset/Devon borders. Full address details of HQ will be provided once you have booked.
We are a licensed venue. We have a wide selection of the finest organic wines available to purchase.
This class is suitable for all levels (over 12s only please). Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult. We put these guidelines in place for the safety, comfort and enjoyment of all our guests.

We kindly request you do not specify dislikes or preferences as we would love you to try the dishes our chefs have specifically created for the event so you can experience the menu as it was intended.
