FESTIVAL MASTERCLASS: Learn to make ravioli from scratch with a delicious seasonal pesto.
Making your own pasta is great fun and ravioli is super versatile, it can be sweet, savoury, served as a starter, a delicious main or even dessert. During this masterclass we will teach you how to make this super speedy dish with a River Cottage twist. You will master the art of making pasta and then create a delicious filling for the parcels. To finish, you will make a seasonal garden pesto which will complete the dish perfectly.
This masterclass will take place in our cookery school from 4.30-5.30pm.
Please note that you are required to have an entrance ticket for the Festival to attend this class.
