FOOD FAIR MASTERCLASS: Learn how to cook two seasonal dishes inspired by Hugh’s latest book Much More Veg.
The marriage of vegetables and spices is such a natural and happy one. With their heat, aroma and intensity of flavour, spicy veg dishes are so satisfying and comforting. In this masterclass we will teach you how to put together a couple of delicious, spicy, plant-based dishes in no time at all.
This masterclass will take place in our cookery school from 4.30-5.30pm. Please note this will finish after the event closes but the tractor and trailer will still be on hand to take you back up the hill to the car park.
Please note that you are required to have an entrance ticket for the food fair to attend this class.
