Super Salads and Ferments Masterclass
FESTIVAL MASTERCLASS: learn how to use different vegetables and grains to help improve your digestion.
It's official, fermentation is one of the hottest food trends around! Join our gluten-free guru and nutrition expert Naomi Devlin and learn how to safely ferment vegetables. You will start by making your own sauerkraut before moving onto grains and pulses, where you will learn how to make a delicious salad with freshly picked vegetables from the River Cottage garden and a host of tasty fermented pickles. All of this will help to soothe, treat and supercharge your digestive health.
Please note that you will need to have purchased an entrance ticket to the festival to take part in the masterclasses. Suitable for gluten and dairy free diets but please note that flour and other allergens will be in close proximity.

This masterclass will take place in our cookery school from 3.00-4.00pm.
