Sushi, pickles and miso masterclass
FESTIVAL MASTERCLASS: Learn how to make your very own Devon sushi, quick ginger pickles and a mug of miso!
Using English barley and tamari, River Cottage eggs and seasonal vegetables, you’ll make your very own Devon sushi and quick ginger pickles. You will then make a nourishing cup of miso soup using British fava bean miso and pack it all up into your very own Devon bento box.
Please note that you are required to have an entrance ticket for the festival.
We regret there are no member discounts for this class. Please note that gluten free options are available for this masterclass, but the venue cannot be guaranteed 100% gluten free as it is a mixed use area. If you have coeliac disease, please bear this in mind and contact us for more information if necessary.
This masterclass will take place in our cookery school from 12.30pm-1.30pm.
