Wild Cocktails Masterclass with John Wright (Session 1)
SPRING FOOD FAIR MASTERCLASS: Spend an hour with foraging guru & booze expert John Wright. Early afternoon session - 3.30pm
There is much in the hedgerow and field that can be made into a cocktail and John will be sharing these seasonal delights in his slightly notorious Wild Cocktails masterclass. A seriously different take on sloe gin, cocktails made with grass or lichen, his superb Pink Pint and more, will be demonstrated and, of course, shared.
Please note that you will need to have purchased an entrance ticket to the fair to take part in the masterclasses.
