Wood-Fired Veg Masterclass (Session 2)
FOOD FAIR MASTERCLASS, Afternoon session - 2.15 - 3.15pm: Learn how to prepare the most delicious veggie dishes on your barbecue. From grilling to smoking, you’ll be amazed at what you can cook using simple techniques and ingredients.
This session is a fantastic way to learn some new wood fired and barbecue techniques. As well as covering key skills such as lighting, temperature control and what effect the different outdoor cooking methods have on the flavour of your food, you will be learning how to prepare a selection of different seasonal veggie dishes using a variety of techniques.
Afterwards you will head off with a delicious plate of goodies to tuck into and enjoy!
This masterclass will take place in our outdoor cookery area (behind the barn) from 2.15-3.15pm.
Please note that you will need to have purchased an entrance ticket to the Food Fair to take part in the masterclasses.
