Artist, author, cook and stylist Alexandra is a storyteller at heart.
Drawing on childhood memories of moments in her mother’s kitchen, her debut cookbook Land and Sea has received widespread shining reviews. Alexandra has a relaxed and approachable style of cooking that is loved by many. Her food is seasonal, with vegetables often the star of the show and she is an avid believer in ‘zero waste’ cooking choosing sustainable ingredients and celebrating the entirety of the ingredient. Alexandra hosts regular supper clubs at her home in East London as well as pop-up locations.
Her dinner table is often scattered with colourful salads and flavour rich fish dishes. Bright herbs, bold spices and zippyy dressings are key to her cooking.
