THE FIRE PIT is a new cooking demo area, hosted by Gill Meller where chefs will be cooking over the flames. Throughout the weekend, the chef's demos will show us why this ancient cooking technique has become such a roaring trend in the 21st Century, and why this back to basics cooking with fire delivers smokingly good food.
