Beetroot Bloody Mary

This cocktail is our drink of the month for November in the Bristol Canteen. Why not pop into the canteen and try one.


Add a generous portion of ice to a tall glass.

In either a juicer or blender mix all of the ingredients together, and once blended to a smooth consistency pour over the ice.

Garnish with a celery or celeriac.

  • 50ml Brennen and Brown Vodka
  • 1 Fresh beetroot
  • 2 Large apples
  • 1/4 inch of fresh horseradish root
  • Pinch of celery salt
  • Dash of Worcestershire sauce to taste
  • Dash of Tabasco to taste
  • Garnish with a stick of celery or celeriac stick
