This cocktail was previously a drink of the month in River Cottage Kitchen Bristol.
Add all the liquid ingredients to a mixing glass.
Fill with ice.
Stir and shake over ice until chilled.
Strain into a chilled champagne saucer.
Garnish with a wedge of lime.
- 50ml Bramley & Gage Organic Sloe Gin
- 10ml lime juice
- 10ml Gomme sugar syrup
- A wedge of lime
