This is a mexican recipes much loved by my husband. I grew green chillis on the window ledge for the first time this year. They were small but nice and hot, just what is needed for this recipe. The prawns are 'cooked' by the lemon juice.

- 4 as a starter or snack
- 250 g of Raw Prawns
- 3 HOT green chillies - finely chopped
- coriander - small handful, finely chopped
- 1/2 small red onion - very thinly sliced
- 4 lemon/limes - juice
- To serve:
- crusty bread, crackers, tortilla chips or tostadas
- avocado - thinly sliced
