- Ingredients: flour (1 large glass), 2 eggs (+ 2 other to boil), grounded ginger, fresh parsley, black pepper, 1 dl white wine, unsalted butter
Preheat a pan, mix the flour with the wine, ginger, black pepper and eggs. Make it greasy. It’s good when the mixture is smooth and doesn't contain bigger flour lumps. Keep stirring.
Cook some hard boiled eggs, then use a skewer to hang them. Put the skewer in a hot pan with some butter. Grill the eggs.
Pour the mixture in a plate, season with some nutmeg and fresh parsley, then place the eggs at the top.
Eat with some toasted leftover bread.
