This is a really yummy stir in sauce for pasta of any shape, size or quanity. The added ingredients warms you up on an autumn day!

  • cook pasta and add the extras - can do it while you do anything else!

  • 4
Ingredients
  • pasta - half a packet serves 4
  • olive oil or nice quality english oil
  • garlic - couple of cloves
  • courgettes - any size will do - good way to get rid of the rather large ones you forgot to pick - just cut out the watery middle and use the outside flesh - you want lots of the skin to make it green!
  • chillis - whatever you have i am growing little red ones in abundance so a couple of them!
  • Hard cheese - to shave and add on top - grana is my favourite
  • Black pepper to taste.

Directions
grate the courgettes finely in a bowl Cut a couple of chilis - really fine Heat your oil add the garlic and chili and then the courgette - just warm do not fry! Add pasta to the pan and serve and add some parmasan or grana shavings to top with black pepper
