Beetroot Bloody Mary Cocktail
We love seasonal cocktails using the best ingredients. Pop into one of our Kitchens to see which ones are on the menu!
Add a generous portion of ice to a tall glass.
In either a juicer or blender mix all of the ingredients together, and once blended to a smooth consistency pour over the ice.
Garnish with a celery or celeriac.
- 50ml Black Cow Vodka
- 1 Fresh beetroot
- 2 Large apples
- 1/4 inch of fresh horseradish root
- Pinch of celery salt
- Dash of Worcestershire sauce to taste
- Dash of Tabasco to taste
- Garnish with a stick of celery or celeriac stick
