Bloody Beetroot Mary
This twist on the classic Bloody Mary is a great drink to serve at any Halloween party. We've swapped out the classic horseradish, celery salt and Worcestershire sauce for our very own Ultimate Umami stock paste and a pinch of chilli.

Method
In either a juicer or blender mix all of the ingredients together until smooth.
Add a generous portion of ice to two tall glasses.
Pour your drink over the ice and garnish with a celery or celeriac stick.
Ingredients
50ml 100ml Organic Vodka
1 small-medium fresh beetroot, peeled
2 medium- large apples, peeled
Pinch of chili flakes/powder to taste
¼ tsp River Cottage umami stock paste
Garnish with a stick of celery or celeriac
