Strawberry and basil Mojito
This cocktail has previously featured as drink of the month in the Winchester Kitchen. Why not pop in and try one.

Method
In a chalice glass muddle 1 strawberry, 5 basil leaves and 2 lime wedges.
Add the strawberry syrup and white rum.
Mix well and fill with crushed ice then top with soda.
Garnish with a basil leaf, half a strawberry and cracked black pepper.
