Strawberry & Lime Mojito
Another of our delicious seasonal cocktails!

Method
Add a generous portion of crushed ice to a highball.
Juice half a lime and mix with mint leaves and add to the glass.
Pour in the white rum and Alex's Homemade strawberry cordial and top up with soda water.
Garnish with a lime wedge, mint leaves and fresh English strawberry.

- A handful of mint leaves
