Summer Fruit Cup

This cocktail has been our drink of the month in our Kitchens. Why not pop in and try one.

Method

Add a generous portion of ice and the summer fruit to a highball.

Pour in the fruit cup and top up with Heron Valley Nettle Fizz.

Garnish with a sprig of mint and you have the perfect summery, refreshing drink.

  • A small handful of summer fruit
  • A sprig of mint to serve
