Hemsley + Hemsley Take Over River Cottage For A Day

Jasmine and Melissa Hemsley will take over River Cottage on 15 July with two fantastic separate events - a one off cookery course and an intimate dinner with a menu created by them specially for the occasion.

During the day, Jasmine and Melissa will teach the course guests how to create seasonal recipes from their international bestselling cookbook The Art of Eating Well, demonstrating dishes they have become renowned for. They will also be sharing a holistic understanding of their philosophy from nutritional benefits to the importance of provenance. A subject at the very heart of River Cottage.

In the evening there is an exclusive dining event capturing the unique mix of delicious Hemsley dishes against the backdrop of the iconic River Cottage HQ. Jasmine and Melissa have curated the menu with involvement from the River Cottage Head Chef Gelf Alderson. They will welcome guests as they arrive, introduce the evening and take part in a Q and A before handing over to Gelf and his team.
