Introducing our brand new organic ketchups!

Building on our existing relationship with 9 Meals From Anarchy - we have developed a brand new range of delicious ketchups!

Our new range of ketchups were devised by Hugh, alongside River Cottage Culinary Director, Gelf Alderson and organic food producers 9 Meals From Anarchy. They are all based on original recipes created at River Cottage HQ. The flavours are Tomato, Squash, Beetroot, Rhubarb and Mushroom. Each is carefully spiced to create a range of five distinctly different sauces, all of which contain less than 10% sugar.

We're extremely pleased to announce that Waitrose will be launching the Tomato, Squash and Beetroot Ketchups!

“I’ve always loved a good ketchup, and we are very excited to bring the distinctive, lively flavours of our River Cottage recipes into a market which has become bland and over-sweetened down the years. So our spicy ‘Squashchup’ has a piquant kick to it thanks to a dash of cayenne, mellowed by the sweetness of ripe squash. Earthy Beetroot Ketchup is warmed by aromatic toasted cumin. The Tomato Ketchup has an up-front tomato tang which is balanced with nutmeg, sweet onion and red pepper. It’s a collection that can bring some lovely rich, tangy flavours to your table on a daily basis." - Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall
